Overload test

    In order to test the performance of the HP-1000plus dry ice granulator, we conducted a 300-hour overload test. This test starts at 9:00 am on March 18, 2022 and ends at 21:00 pm on March 30, 2022. Ice making The machine did not stop running production in the middle, the total working time was 300 hours, and observations and records were made every 4 hours. The test conditions are as follows:

    Figure 1 shows the curve of the production capacity of the dry ice granulator over time. The weight of a single box of dry ice is measured by a scale, and its production capacity is obtained by comparing it with the production time. From the figure, we can see that with the increase of working hours, the production capacity of the dry ice granulator is basically around 1060kg/hour.

  Figure 2 shows the temperature change curve of the dry ice granulator oil tank, which is measured by a temperature sensor. From the figure, we can see that with the increase of the working time, the oil tank temperature of the dry ice granulator is basically stable at about 40 ℃, which is much lower than the temperature Upper limit (80°C).

    Figure 3 shows the change curve of the frost thickness outside the air cover of the dry ice granulator, which is directly measured with a steel ruler. The following pictures are the status of the dry ice granulator in different time periods:

   Figures 4 and 5 above show the frost condensation state on the surface of the equipment after 100 hours of production. At this time, the temperature of the fuel tank is about 35°C, and the output is about 1070kg/h. At this time, the parameters of the equipment are normal and the equipment is running normally.

    Figure 6 shows the frost condensation state on the surface of the equipment after 200 hours of production. The oil temperature is about 40°C, and the output is 1060kg/h. At this time, the equipment is running normally.

   Figures 7 and 8 show the frost condensation state on the surface of the equipment after 300 hours of production. The oil temperature is about 42°C, and the output is 1060kg/h. At this time, the equipment is running normally.

Dry ice conversion

    After testing, the total weight of the tank before the production test is 835kg, and the total weight after the test is 384kg, that is, the actual weight of CO2 liquid is 451kg, and the weight of dry ice produced is 205kg. It can be concluded that the actual dry ice conversion rate is 2.2, that is, every 2.2 One ton of CO2 liquid can produce 1 ton of dry ice, which meets the design requirements for the conversion rate of dry ice.

  Figure 9 shows the actual dry ice. It can be seen that the quality of the dry ice is good, and this dry ice can be directly used in the washing machine.

Test Conclusions

    After this 300-hour overload production test on HP-1000plus, it can be seen that the production capacity is basically around 1060kg/hour, the temperature of the fuel tank is stable at around 40°C, the equipment is in good operating condition, and the dry ice conversion ratio is 2.2:1. Good quality. To sum up, the indicators of this equipment meet the design requirements, achieve the expected results, and meet the production needs.
