The first part is the dry ice preparation system, whose function is to make liquid CO2 into dry ice particles or Dry ice cubes of a certain size;

The second part is the dry ice radiation cleaning system, which uses the compressed air produced by a specially prepared air compressor or the compressed air system prepared by the factory itself, and puts the manufactured dry ice particles or Dry ice cubes in the cleaning equipment. Driven by compressed air, high-density dry ice particles or fine powder impact the surface of the object to be cleaned along with the compressed air, thus playing a cleaning role.

    The dry ice blasting system can be used as a system by combining the dry ice preparation system and the dry ice radiation system according to the needs of the user, or the dry ice preparation system can be separated from the dry ice radiation system. The dry ice preparation system is only used as a consumer device that provides raw materials. The dry ice blasting system is used alone for the cleaning project.

    A complete dry ice cleaning system includes a liquid carbon dioxide storage system, a dry ice manufacturing system, a dry ice storage and transportation system, a compressed air supply system, and a radiation cleaning system. The connections between the systems are as follows:
