Xiamen Hefengli Dry Ice Decontamination Equipment Co., Ltd., established in 1999, is the earliest dry ice manufacturer in China dedicated to the application of dry ice. After nearly 20 years of development, it has formed a complete industry of R&D, manufacturing, sales, and after-sales. structural chain.
As a benchmark in the dry ice industry, Horeco2 has a Ph.D.-level team. Its main products include: Dry ice cleaning machine, dry ice Manufacturing machines, Dry ice insulation boxes and related intelligent products; Hefengli Dry Ice has deployed 18 dry ice manufacturing factories around the world, equipped with complete automatic dry ice production lines, and provides a complete dry ice distribution service network, dedicated to providing each customer with high quality Cost-effective experience.
Dry ice automated production technology As a method to mitigate the concentration of carbon dioxide in the air, a new dry ice cycle with overhead ammonia cascade refrigeration was designed and analyzed. To reduce compression power and exergy losses in the dry ice production cycle, two heat exchangers are inserted in the cycle. The compression power and irreversibility trends from the exergy analysis are examined by simulation from two intermediate pressures, the CO2 condenser pressure and the subcooling of the expansion valve inlet. Using subcooling by inserting a heat exchanger and choosing the CO2 condenser pressure and the two intermediate pressures, it was found that both compression power and exergy losses were reduced by about 9 kW. Exergy analysis indicated that the number of compressors in the bottom CO2 cycle should be increased and the condensation pressure in the top ammonia cycle should be reduced for further improvement.
One of the many problems facing society today is the massive CO2 emissions from sources ranging from fossil fuel power stations to burning the world's forest resources. Due to growing concerns about the impact of these activities on global warming, there is a growing need to find new ways to reduce global carbon dioxide emissions. I would suggest reducing the CO2 concentration in the air by making dry ice from a by-product gas of a chemical process or flue gas for its proper use and reducing the overall compression power in the dry ice production process.
The dry ice production cycle requires a large compression power, commercially around 260 kW, to produce 1 ton of dry ice per hour due to its low operating temperature and high condensing pressure (67 bar at 300 K). Such high condensing pressures result in reduced compression efficiency and increased piping/equipment design and operating costs. Therefore, the cycle must be improved to reduce the compression power and check the irreversibility of each component.
Hefengli Dry Ice In this study, the dry ice production cycle with top ammonia refrigeration was chosen not only because it reduces the CO2 condenser pressure, but also because it reduces the total compression power. Since the top NH3 condensing pressure and the bottom CO2 separator pressure are usually fixed, the main concern is to determine the bottom CO2 condenser pressure, the top NH3 evaporation pressure, and the intermediate pressure for the top and bottom cycles. Furthermore, to reduce the compression power, a flash drum (for separation of liquid and intercooled superheated steam) and a heat exchanger (for increased subcooling) are inserted into the cycle.
outlook
The world has listed very important standards for environmental protection, and the emission of carbon dioxide has also attracted people's attention. Now, as the secondary use of carbon dioxide: dry ice, it has gradually entered people's eyes. In the future, it will be a world that pursues environmental protection. , Hefengli Dry Ice is committed to promoting this environmentally friendly technology to the world.
