The cleaning principle of dry ice blasting cleaning machine:

Step 1. The dry ice particles are accelerated in the high-pressure airflow, impact the surface to be cleaned at a speed close to the speed of sound, and gasify at the moment of impact. The momentum of the dry ice disappears at the moment of impact, and heat transfer occurs rapidly between the dry ice particles and the cleaning surface, resulting in rapid solid CO2 sublimates into a gas.

Step 2. Since the temperature difference can destroy the combination of materials with different thermal expansion coefficients, dry ice particles (-78.5°C) impact the surface to be cleaned, making the dirt freeze embrittled and burst, resulting in "cracks", which affects the mechanical properties of the adhered dirt.

Step 3. The dry ice particles impact the cracks between the dirt, and the volume expands nearly 800 times in a few thousandths of a second, forming countless "micro-explosions" to peel off the dirt from the surface.
